We've done it again! Midway has another first - us!
Following a meeting with Rear Admiral “Mac” McLaughlin (USN - Ret.), CEO and President of the Midway Museum, and Scott McGaugh, Marketing Director for the Museum, on February 19, 2010 our association has been recognized by the Museum as having the credentials and operating history to be able to represent the interests of every Midway sailor, regardless of Department or Airwing affiliation, in the newly reformed USS Midway Veterans Association. We started almost 15 years ago as the OI Division Reunion Association and now have members from many other divisions and the air wings. It was time to change!
